Technical Details

The choice of the type of aluminum composite panel depends on the material used for the insulating core, with different fire reaction classes, in accordance with the fire reaction class required by the execution project.

ExalcoBond panel composition:

  • Aluminum protection layer – base;
  • Rear aluminum sheet – 0.50 (±0.02) mm;
  • Core: PE / FR / A2 (depending on fire reaction class);
  • Front aluminum sheet – 0.50 (±0.02) mm;
  • Aluminum protection layer (exterior);
  • Coating primer;
  • PVDF paint layer;
  • Clear lacquer layer (UV protection);
  • Temporary PE protective film – to be removed during installation.
